interesting things
i've always wondered why things are they way they are.
these are the various topics, ranging from physics to conspiracy
theories, that i think about quite often.
sometimes to the point of driving myself insane...
the fourth dimension
humans live in the third dimension. we have width, height and length.
there is also the 1st dimension (a singular line) and
the 2nd dimension (width and length). however, what about the other dimensions?
people often have a very difficult time visualising the 4th dimension.
einstein's theory of relativity claims that time is the fourth dimension.
wormholes exploit the 4th dimension. the 4th dimension is said to be
width, height, length and a line that is perpendicular to all of them.
i'm not very good at math so please don't be mad if i got anything wrong! :)

the egg theory
the egg theory claims that we are all the same soul living different lifetimes.
similar to reincarnation, after you die it is said that you live the life of a different person
in any place and any time. yes! any time. you can be a famous physicist in 2645, a chinese peasant girl
in 400 bc, or even your best friend.
it is also said that after you live every life on earth, you will turn into a god.
this theory comforts some and makes others lose their shit. personally i hope i just
get to rest after i die, to be honest. but it's still a theory i find really interesting.

consciousness
"consciousness, at its simplest, is awareness of a state or object, either internal to oneself or in one's external environment."
where does consciousness come from? the first theory (most credible in my opinion) is that consciousness
comes from your mind. all your thoughts, emotions, and awareness are the result of electrical signals between
neurons. when the brain stops, so does consciousness. you are your brain. there's also the theory
of panpsychism. maybe consciousness is built into everything. maybe everything has a consciousness...
no one actually knows why we are aware or why we can think. that's honestly scary...
